Alright bearing. Please note the mark scheme and aim to score well alright. This applies not only to those retaking 3rd class but also to the whole squad as yall would be taking 2nd class next time. okay so here's the criteria: BERET - free of dust - crest well polished - well pressed! (this is important!) - beret tail tucked in - fitting and of right size (impt!) - hair neatly tucked in( with help of hairnet) -impt again! maybe yall could like to consider what i said about the hair clay/hair gel? (: - crest one finger above left eyebrow - lower point of beret touches ear BLOUSE - ironed - badges pinned at correct position (impt! make sure nametag isn't slanted, badges are aligned etc) - badges well polished - collar pressed down - collar nicely folded at the back - tucked in neatly - iron line on the sleeve (correct position) - buttons well polished, face correct position BELT - fitting - loop 2 fingers away from end - free of fingerprints SKIRT - ironed - correct length (4 fingers from center of knee) - fitting - zip in line with seam line of blouse SOCKS - same height - not loose - pulled all the way up (impt!) BOOTS - polished and clean (very very impt!) - shoe laced correctly - no cracks - no creases Okay this is practically the most we can do to help yall out alr. Do take note of the specific requirements. Also, if you have time do try to look through the drills notes we have printed for yall (: any questions please feel free to approach sarah or me, or post on the squad blog. Today we recorded yall belok-ing so maybe yall can see where you've gone wrong and think of ways to improve further.
